Local bloggers explore West Yorkshire with the 19-25 or Student PhotoCard

student and food blogger Jamie Sowden, all from West Yorkshire, are featuring in the new ‘I'm everything with my
MCard' campaign.
Whether they see themselves as explorers, trend setters, film fanatics, techies or travellers, young people are
being encouraged to sign up for the money-saving 19-25 or Student PhotoCard.
The 19-25 or Student PhotoCard provides holders with huge savings on unlimited bus and train travel throughout
West Yorkshire when loaded with a weekly, monthly or termly ticket. They are available to anyone aged under 26,
whether they are studying, working or just want much cheaper travel as well as to full-time students.
With over 750,000 Instagram followers between them, ‘fashionista' Apollonia, ‘insta girl' Waliyha and ‘foodie' Jamie
will be sharing their experiences of using the 19-25 or Student PhotoCard around West Yorkshire and reminding
young people how they can get hold of one.

Yorkshire's bus and rail operators and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, said:

working or just enjoying themselves so the ‘I'm everything with my MCard' highlights the huge savings they can make
with a 19-25 or Student MCard.
"I would encourage young people to follow our three celebrity bloggers, cardholders and Instagrammers, who are all
from West Yorkshire, to see what they get up to with their 19-25 or Student PhotoCard and how much money they

Councillor Keith Wakefield, Chair of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Transport Committee, said:
"Our research has shown that the cost of transport can be a barrier to young people accessing vital training and
apprenticeship schemes that can improve their career prospects.
"This campaign highlights the significant savings available on bus and train travel to the 19 to 25 age group as well
as those who are increasing their opportunities in further education."
