First Leeds buses – Industrial action by Unite members from 18 June 2023

** UPDATE - Industrial Action has been suspended. Normal services will resume from start of service on Tuesday 20 June 2023**

We are sorry if the current planned industrial action by Unite members at First Leeds is affecting MCard customers.  We are in regular dialogue with First and are encouraging them to establish a resolution to the industrial action as soon as possible. 

Under our normal terms and conditions, customers who have unused or part used MCard monthly tickets may be eligible to claim a refund or part refund.

For MCard Mobile App monthly ticket purchases please call Metroline on 0113 2457676. Adults, 19-25 and Under 19 customers who purchased a monthly ticket on a MCard may be eligible to claim a refund or part refund, please visit a Bus Station Travel Centre.

Any customers who have purchased a First Monthly ticket will need to contact First directly.
