Essential online system maintenance
28 November 2019MCards, PhotoCards and Concessionary Pass disruption
Please be advised that from 2200 on Tuesday 3 December until 0700 on Thursday 5 December, due to an online system upgrade, customers are unable to do the following:
- Apply, replace or renew MCards, Photocards or Concessionary passes online at wymetro.com or m-card.co.uk or at Travel Centres
- Register Pink MCards online or at Travel Centres
Travel Centres will still be able to sell and upload tickets to existing MCards.
